I have a stack of business and marketing books I've read that's currently about two feet high. This book remains on top because it's one of the few I've read that I reference on a regular basis. Pages are folded down, snippets large and small are underlined, and commentary is in the margins. (Yes, gasp, I write in and dog ear my own non-fiction books.)
If you read one book this year about becoming successful in your business, let it be this one.
